Sheraton Astana Hotel

The breakfast in Emiliya restaurant was huge and outstanding! The dinner in Salter"s restaurant was exceptional! The service, the beautifully served meals and the whole atmosphere was romantic. We really enjoyed our staying!

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance from all key attractions and government offices. It looks very new and fresh. Service is great. Rooms are standard good size for a modern 5* tower property. The Michelin-starred Salter's steak house is outstanding by every measure and highly recommended in its own right.

We loved every minute of our stay. It was a very special occasion for us, our first wedding anniversary and all the staff were very attentive. A very touching welcoming gift was very much appriciated when we arrived in our very comfortable and well equiped bedroom . We loved the view over snowy Astana. Dinner at Salter's was unforgettable and breakfast at Emilya's unbelievable. We will definitly come back, need to try the SPA!

Exceptional Location, very friendly staff, especially Aygerim helped me a lot this time 🙏 my room was very clean with good view, swimming pool and spa just a lifesaver. When visiting Astana my no 1 choice.

This wasn't my first stay in this hotel. - All of us, who travel for business purposes, do know, that the standard of international hotel chains is quite comparable across the world. However, what does make a difference, is the hotel team. And this Sheraton team is really exceptional here in Astana. The guys remember you, some even by name, and help wherever they can. It is exactly this hotel team, that makes me returning to this place again an again without risking some different place. - Thanks for the enjoyable, pleasant stay!
